The Zugspitze:
With 2962m the Zugspitze is the highest mountain of the Federal Republic. Use the rack railroad, the Eibsee cable car or the glacier cable car for your way to the top. Enjoy the fantastic panorama up to the Dolomites and the Swiss mountains.

Chiemsee:
The Bavarian sea fascinates tourists and locals alike. The third largest lake in Germany inspires with its vastness and thus always gives the viewer the feeling of standing on the edge of an ocean. Numerous places invite you to stroll and linger. Embedded in a fantastic panorama, the region around Lake Chiemsee makes you quickly forget about time. Herrenchiemsee Castle:
The estate was built from 1878 under the reign of King Ludwig II and is located on the island of Herrenchiemsee, the largest island of Lake Chiemsee. The model for this building was the Palace of Versailles near Paris. However, construction work on Herrenchiemsee Palace was stopped prematurely from 1886 due to a lack of funds. Nevertheless, this landmark is an impressive testimony of its time. The impressive facility can be visited after a trip across Lake Chiemsee. Neuschwanstein Castle:
This magnificent building was also built during the reign of King Ludwig II and was intended to serve as a retreat for the “fairytale king”. Every year, around 1.4 million visitors come to see this architecturally impressive marvel. In the summer months, up to more than 6,000 visitors per day walk the premises of the castle. A guided tour of the castle lasts about 40 minutes.

5-SEEN-LAND

Lake Starnberg:
Right on the doorstep is one of the most popular lakes in Bavaria. This body of water attracts numerous fans of the fairy tale king Ludwig II every year, as he drowned here together with his doctor on June 13, 1886. But the lake with the most water in Bavaria is not only a place of pilgrimage, it is valued above all as a local recreation area.
